1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DoAnything Chat ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on DoAnything Chat for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Disclaimer

The materials on DoAnything Chat are provided on an 'as is' basis. DoAnything Chat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall DoAnything Chat or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DoAnything Chat, even if DoAnything Chat or a DoAnything Chat authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Subscription Terms

DoAnything offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features:

• DoAnything Pro - Monthly subscription at $19.99/month (USD)
• Subscription includes 5,000 credits per month with rollover up to 10,000 credits
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Content and User-Created Works

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

9. Ownership of User-Created Content

You retain full and complete ownership of all content you create using DoAnything. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Text, documents, and written content generated through the Service
• Images, graphics, designs, and visual content created using our tools
• Code, applications, websites, and software developed with the Service
• Videos, animations, and multimedia content produced through DoAnything
• Any other creative works, outputs, or materials generated by the AI on your behalf

DoAnything does not claim any ownership rights over your creations. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights in and to your created content, belong solely and exclusively to you.

You are free to use, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit your created content for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without any obligation to DoAnything. We will never use your created content for our own purposes without your explicit permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
